You can use a receipt to document a real payment. Tax deductibility and required fields depend on your jurisdiction and transaction. Verify the details and applicable rules; generating a receipt does not make an expense deductible.

Can I use it for rent receipts and cash payments?

Absolutely. Select the Rent or Cash template in the template bar. In Rent mode, you can easily enter the property address and rental period dates.

Are my business and customer records saved securely?

The editor stores drafts and logos in local storage on this browser and generates PDFs locally. The app does not upload receipt entries to a receipt database. Other people using the same browser profile may access saved drafts; clear browser data to remove them.

Can I print on A4 or US Letter paper?

Yes. Select US Letter / A4 and choose the sheet size. Three-on-a-page copies use Letter; 80mm slips use a dynamic page height. Standard PDFs fit onto one page, so very long receipts may use smaller text.

Are downloaded PDFs editable or vector documents?

The PDF contains a high-resolution image of the receipt. Its text is not exported as editable vector text. Keep your browser draft if you want to change the receipt later.
